Tilba Rangpur Marmalade 195gm

Made with rangpur citrus, a hybrid of mandarin and citron. Handpicked from unsprayed trees around Tilba on the NSW South Coast. Made in small batches. It is seasonal so please be quick.

Nothing but fresh fruit, sugar, heat and (a lot of!) cutting and stirring. There is no pectin in this.

Absolutely perfect with our butter and a soft goats cheese. This flavour combination is something else.
