Mr Pye's Caramelised Onion Paste

Onions that have been slowly cooked until sticky & caramelised, then balanced with a touch of vinegar & blended with black garlic to make a condiment that is flavourful with a touch of sweetness. Made in Victoria. 

Serve on a cheeseboard (with Pepe Saya of course), with meat or add a kick to your favourite sandwich,
